Who is responsible

cods.dev ([COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]) decides what is collected here and why. Write to privacy@whitelabel.new about anything on this page.

What we collect

From the form: the brand name, the address you chose, your email, and the domain you entered if you entered one. From the request itself: your IP address, the time and your browser’s user agent, in server logs. From Cloudflare Turnstile: a token that says a person filled the form, which carries no profile of you.

There is no analytics on this site, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. Two things are stored in your own browser and never sent to us: your light or dark preference, and the half-finished form, so that step two knows what you typed in step one. Both are readable only by this site, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Why we hold it

To answer your request and arrange the setup call, which is what you asked for when you sent it; to keep the form from being abused by scripts, which is our legitimate interest and the reason the logs and Turnstile exist; and to meet obligations the law puts on us.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, which serves this site and runs Turnstile, and Amazon Web Services, where the request is stored. Our email provider, for the reply we send you. Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it. Our infrastructure may process it outside your country.

How long

A request that becomes a customer is kept for as long as the account exists and for as long afterwards as the law requires. A request that goes nowhere is deleted within twelve months. Server logs are kept for ninety days.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion, or that we stop using it. Write to privacy@whitelabel.new and we will answer. If you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.
