Who you are dealing with

What these terms cover

They cover this website and any request you send through it. They are not the contract for the platform. That contract is the service agreement you sign after the setup call, and where the two disagree, the service agreement wins.

Sending a request

Completing the form reserves the address you chose and creates a draft. It does not create a platform, a database or an account, and it does not oblige either of us to go further. We may decline a request, and you may withdraw one at any time by writing to hello@whitelabel.new.

Tell us the truth in the form. We act on what you send — the brand name, the address and the contact — and a request made in someone else’s name is one we will not act on.

Setup fee and going live

The published setup fee is US$ 2,000, payable once, before anything is provisioned. Where we say a platform is live within 30 minutes, that is counted from a cleared payment and covers provisioning only — not the decisions, the content or the integrations that follow, which is what the setup call is for. The fee that binds us is the one in your service agreement; the figure here is the current standard one and may change before you sign.

Licensing is split

Licensed by the Government of Anjouan covers the platform. It does not extend to you. Where the market you sell into requires a licence in your own name, obtaining and keeping it is yours to do, and we will tell you which parts of the setup depend on it. You are responsible for who you let in: age limits, excluded territories and the checks your regulator expects.

This website

We keep the site available and correct as best we can, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and the figures on it are descriptions rather than offers. Support commitments — replies within two hours on Brazilian business hours — apply to customers under a service agreement.

The site, its text and its design belong to cods.dev. Your brand name and logo remain yours; you allow us to use them only to build and run what you asked for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, nothing on this site creates liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for anything arising out of a request made here is limited to the amount you have paid us in connection with it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. They are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes go to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
